Here are the different error messages and solutions you can get with the trigger.
You may now switch to your Trigger's Wi-Fi to start taking Exposio photos. When you are ready, hit Begin.
Your device doesn't seem to be connected to the correct Wi-Fi. Make sure that the Exposio Trigger is turned on and the Wi-Fi light is blinking. Then go to Settings, choose the Wi-Fi that begins with '%@' and hit Retry.
The Trigger is unreachable, make sure it is turned on and fully charged and then hit Retry.
The Trigger initialization failed. Please turn the camera off and on again, and then hit Retry.
The Trigger refused access to your device. Please contact us at email@example.com
Make sure the camera is turned on and connected to the Exposio Trigger using the USB cable. Also make sure that the camera is in manual mode (M) then hit Retry.
The camera is already in use. Turn it off and on again and then hit Retry.
The camera is not in manual mode. Position the dial to 'M' then hit Retry
The camera ISO is set to 'Auto'. Set it to '400' then hit Retry.
The camera White-Balance setting is not set to 'Auto'. Set it to 'Auto' then hit Retry.
The f-number of the camera cannot be set.
The camera files destination is not set to the SD Card. Set the destination to 'SD Card' and then hit Retry.
The camera is set to Auto-focus (AF). For proper results, toggle to Manual-focus (MF).
We were unable to set the shutter speed properly. Your camera may not be supported. Make sure that the camera and the Trigger are still charged and turned on and that the memory card isn't full. Then hit Retry.
The SD Card is full. Make room and then hit Retry.
Something bad happened while trying to capture that photo. Make sure that your lens is in Manual focus (MF), that your camera is in Manual mode (M), that you still have free space on your memory card and that the card is not locked.
Attempt to log you in failed. Please verify your email address and password and retry.
Attempt to verify your account failed. Please log out from your account and log in again.
Your account is blocked. Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your account cannot be used with this app right now. Please contact our support team at email@example.com.
Something went wrong when contacting our servers. Try again later. If it keeps happening, please contact our support team.
You have exceeded the number of HDR photos you can do without having to verify your Exposio account. Simply connect to the Internet to reset the count.
You have exceeded the 60-days period for verifying your Exposio account. Simply connect to the Internet to reset that period.
If, for whatsoever reason, you cannot connect to the Internet right now, you can use your 7-days grace period. Make sure to verify your account from that time on or otherwise, you won't be able to use the Exposio App again.
You will need to verify your Exposio account within the next 15 days in order to keep using the Exposio Trigger. To do so, simply connect your device to the Internet and re-open the Exposio app.
You need to verify your Exposio account within the next 5 days in order to keep using the Exposio Trigger. To do so, simply connect your device to the Internet and re-open the Exposio app. This is your last reminder.
